Henrietta took the F train all the way to Bay Ridge, Brooklyn to check out an under-the-radar donut shop (Mike’s) to try their Jelly Pom-Pom. It’s essentially a buttermilk bar covered in powdered sugar and filled with jelly. Most definitely worth the trek. An added bonus: Mike’s prices are dirt cheap, especially compared to the trendy Manhattan donut shops. They advertise a Baker’s Dozen for $8 in the front window!
